Privacy Policy
Plain English: we only collect what we need to reply to you, and we never sell your information.
Effective date: October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Speedy Air, owned by William Gonzales (6140 Upper Donahue Ferry Rd., Pineville, LA 71360), handles information on this website and when you call us. The Terms of Service explain how the site works.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email and message, plus anything you choose to add (phone number, service needed, address or area).
- Phone calls: when you call (318) 542-8753, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us.
- Security: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, protects the site from bots and attacks. The security check on the quote form looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
How we use it
- To reply to you, give quotes, and schedule and do the work you ask for.
- To keep normal business records.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it.
Who helps us run the site
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the security check.
- Resend delivers quote-form messages to our inbox.
These companies handle data under their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare's security features may use a cookie needed to protect the site. The fonts on this site are served from our own site, so your browser doesn't contact a font provider.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to respond and to keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Call (318) 542-8753 or use the quote form.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
